The Chinese drug regulator said Tuesday that Anhui Huayuan Worldbest Biology Pharmacy, which makes an antibiotic that has been suspected in six deaths in China, had broken the country's pharmaceutical production rules by using an unapproved method and equipment to sterilize and ship the drug.
