MEDTRONIC LAUNCHES VALVE REPAIR DEVICE

Medtronic said Wednesday it has launched to the U.S. market its Composite annuloplasty ring for heart valve repair. The device is designed for surgeons to use in repairing a leaking or narrowed mitral valve, the company said.
