The law firm Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll, P.L.L.C. has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of its client and on behalf of other similarly situated purchasers of Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc. ("Par" or the "Company") between April 29, 2004 and July 5, 2006, inclusive (the "Class Period"). Defendants include Par and certain of its senior officers.
