BUDGET MUST ADDRESS ENERGY CRISIS -- IMDA

Irish industry is in the grip of an energy crisis and the forthcoming Budget must address fiscal imbalances in the cost of energy and the loss of competitiveness due to rising oil prices, according to the Irish Medical Devices Association (IMDA). The sector employs over 26,000 in Ireland and exports 6 billion euros worth of products every year.
