ACTAVIS LAUNCHES PILOCARPINE TABLETS 7.5MG IN THE U.S.

Actavis U.S., the United States manufacturing and marketing division of the international generic pharmaceutical company Actavis Group, announced that it has begun shipping Pilocarpine Hydrochloride 7.5mg tablets to complement Pilocarpine 5mg tablets that the company currently offers. Pilocarpine Tablets are used to treat dryness of the mouth and throat caused by a decrease in the amount of saliva that may occur after radiation treatment for cancer of the head and neck or in patients with Sjogren's syndrome.
