FDA PUBLISHES GUIDANCE AGENDA, SEEKS COMMENTS

The FDA published its annual guidance document agenda and is seeking public comments on possible topics for future guidance development and revisions to existing documents.

The Aug. 31 Federal Register notice includes planned guidances for all of the agency's offices, along with contact information for each document. The list represents possible new topics or revisions to existing documents that the agency is considering. But the FDA said it is not bound by this list of topics or required to issue any guidance on this list.
