QUALITY CHEMICALS TO BUILD $18M PLANT

AN $18m (about sh33.4b) plant belonging to Quality Chemicals will by June next year start manufacturing anti-retroviral (ARVs) and anti-malarial drugs, the company's chairman, Francis Kitaka, has said.
