CORRECTION

The story "Baxter Recalls Vaporizer," published in the Sept. 11 issue of Device Daily Bulletin, should have said that Penlon issued an urgent product information notice on its Sigma Delta Sevoflurane vaporizer, distributed by Baxter in the UK.
