FEDERAL COURT HALTS APOTEX ATTEMPT TO SELL GENERIC PLAVIX

Bristol-Myers Squibb and Sanofi-Aventis said on Thursday that a U.S. appeals court denied a motion to stay a preliminary injunction ordering Apotex Inc. to halt its sales of a generic version of top-selling blood-thinner Plavix.
