EU OKS MERCK CERVICAL CANCER VACCINE

Merck & Co. said Friday its Gardasil cervical cancer vaccine was granted a license by the European Commission. Merck said the license approves Gardasil for use in children and adolescents from nine to 15 years old, and in adults 16 to 26 for prevention of cervical cancer.
