In his blog, John Mack writes about his dispute with Sepracor's "reminder ads" for Lunesta, part of which was sending a letter several months ago to PhRMA's Office of Accountability. He received only a brief response written by someone he guessed to be a "hapless, unsupervised intern," which led him to begin his series titled "Adventures of PhRMA Intern!"

But the office just issued a new report, and Mack was delighted to find his complaint was included. "Sepracor, however, remains silent and still has not returned my calls or responded to my letters to the CEO and corporate communications director," he writes.
