DECODE CLAIMS FORMER EMPLOYEES STOLE TRADE SECRETS

Iceland's DeCode Genetics filed a suit claiming five former employees took company trade secrets with them when they went to work for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The hospital, which plans a large project to study DNA from 100,000 children, denied the claims and said it would vigorously fight the suit.
