CHICAGO CHIP MAKER RAISING STAKE IN ARIZONA

A Chicago chip manufacturer is mulling a full-scale move to Arizona as commerce groups and industry advocates try to sway the company from the Windy City. Genomics USA in August relocated its research and development headquarters to the University of Arizona campus in Tucson and next may move its information technology group, according to sources close to the negotiations.
