DDMAC Warning Letters (Eye on FDA)
In his blog, Mark Senak reviews the warning letters issued by the FDA's Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communications (DDMAC) this past quarter. There were only four warning letters for communications-related issues, which include "press releases, Web sites, videos, broadcast advertisements, etc."

"The rate of Warning Letters coming from DDMAC for violations by pharmaceutical companies continues to come out a slow-paced drip," he writes.
