J&J INTENDS TO ACQUIRE PFIZER NEW ZEALAND

Johnson & Johnson (J&J) has filed an application with the New Zealand Commerce Commission to acquire the stock, assets and business of the Consumer Healthcare division of Pfizer Inc.
