ARIAD SIGNS DEAL WITH BELLICUM

Ariad Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Cambridge drug company, signed a deal that will allow another company to develop and take its cancer treatments to market. The deal, with Bellicum Pharmaceuticals Inc., will give Ariad an undisclosed equity stake in its partner and entitle the company to royalty payments at certain phases of the drugs' development and marketing.
