MISTRIAL DECLARED IN PREMPRO CANCER CASE

A Philadelphia judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a woman who claimed a drug called PremPro caused her breast cancer. The declaration of a mistrial nullifies the jury's decision to award $1.5 million in damages to Jennie Nelson and her husband from drug manufacturer Wyeth, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.
