DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND CHANGES NAME TO VERATHON

Diagnostic Ultrasound said it's changing its name to Verathon because it now sells products that aren't ultrasound devices. The Bothell company, which makes medical devices, bought Saturn Biomedical Systems of Burnaby, British Columbia, in January. The company also makes a bladder volume instrument.
