BOSTON SCIENTIFIC TO SELL BOVIE DEVICE

Bovie Medical, a maker of electrosurgical products, said Wednesday it entered an agreement to make a device that will be distributed and sold by Boston Scientific exclusively. Bovie said it will make an electrosurgical device that will carry both the Bovie and Boston Scientific names. Boston Scientific will also provide funding to Bovie to start up manufacturing.
