PHARMING GROUP ACQUIRES DNAGE BV

Biotech company Pharming Group NV ("Pharming" or "the Company") today announced signing of the final Sale and Purchase Agreement and necessary corporate approvals to acquire DNage BV ("DNage"). As part of the acquisition, Dr. Rein Strijker joins the Board of Management of Pharming as Chief Commercial Officer effective immediately.
