LANCER FILES FORM 15 WITH THE SEC

Lancer Orthodontics has filed Form 15 with the SEC, suspending Lancer's duty to file reports under Section 13 and 15(d) of the SEC Act of 1944. As such, Lancer will no longer be required to file public financial reports such as SEC Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and proxy statements.
