VOICE DIARY ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PLANS

Voice Diary has announced it is reviewing its strategic plan and is considering alternatives to expand its core technology and add additional lines of products through strategic acquisitions or mergers. The announcement came after the merger with Nir-Or Israel, an Israeli manufacturer of defense and aerospace systems, was postponed for re-evaluation by the parties in the coming three months.
