RUBICOR ANNOUNCES DISMISSAL OF LAWSUIT

Rubicor Medical, maker of the EnCapsule minimally invasive breast biopsy devices, has announced that the lawsuit filed against it by Neothermia for breach of contract and patent infringement has been dismissed.
