ADVANCED GLOBAL INDUSTRIES SIGNS MERGER AGREEMENT

Advanced Global Industries has signed a merger agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Synova Healthcare of Media, Pa. Synova distributes noninvasive medical diagnostic tests for consumers and clinicians alike to use in order to determine the onset of specific medical conditions. The agreement calls for the issuance of 7 million shares of Advanced Global to the shareholders of Synova, and is subject to certain closing conditions.
