Pharmaceutical Giant GlaxoSmithKline to Cut 250 U.S. Jobs

GlaxoSmithKline said plans to eliminate 250 positions -- roughly half of which will be in the Philadelphia region -- in its U.S Pharmaceuticals division in February. The remaining positions will be eliminated at GSK's facilities in Research Triangle Park in North Carolina.
