GTC Biotherapeutics to Sell $10.4 Million in Stock

GTC Biotherapeutics will sell $10.4 million in common stock in an effort to raise money to fund clinical trials and product development, the company announced. Framingham-based GTC said it would sell 7.7 million shares at a price of $1.35 each, based on commitments from "a select group of institutional investors."
