Transport, GlaxoSmithKline in Herpes Treatment Deal

Framingham-Mass. based Transport Pharmaceuticals signed a license and collaboration agreement with pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline for Transport's iontophoretic device/drug combination system for the delivery of acyclovir, an approved cold-sore (herpes labialis) treatment.
