KPMG Resigns As Northwest Biotherapeutics' Auditor

Northwest Biotherapeutics said in an SEC filing that KPMG LLP has resigned as Northwest's independent auditor because the company has no audit committee. The auditor informed the company that the lack of an audit committee "represents a material weakness in the internal controls over the company's financial reporting," according to the filing.
