Drug-Price Hearing in Top Court Set for March

The health department will on March 15 argue that the Constitutional Court should hear its appeal against a Supreme Court of Appeals ruling scrapping government's controversial medicine pricing regulations because the lower court did not have jurisdiction to decide on the matter. In papers filed with the Constitutional Court, the department also asked the court to grant it a six-month grace period to comply with the appeal court's ruling, should it decide not to hear the appeal.
