Biophan Begins Integration of AMRIS Operations

Biophan Technologies, a developer of next-generation biomedical technology, has begun the integration of AMRIS operations into Biophan and expects to close all related paperwork within the next few weeks. An extension of the letter of understanding was signed in Castrop-Rauxel, Germany.
