Sanofi-Aventis Receives Marketing Approval for Injectable Eloxatin

The FDA has granted marketing approval to sanofi-aventis' aqueous solution formulation of its colorectal cancer drug Eloxatin.

Eloxatin injection is expected to be more convenient for doctors and nurses than the original Eloxatin, as it takes fewer steps to administer, sanofi-aventis said.
