Gufic Biosciences in Discussions to Sell Stake

Gufic Biosciences has started discussions with potential investors, offering them close to 10 percent equity in the company, reports Business Standard. The funds roped in through the equity dilution would be invested in setting up a new manufacturing unit besides investment in R&D projects. The dilution of equity could either be a private placement or a strategic stake sale.
