Voyager Pharmaceutical Completes $16 Million Private Financing

Voyager Pharmaceutical, the biopharmaceutical company focused on diseases of aging and development, has announced the receipt of commitments for a $16 million private financing. The proceeds from this financing will be used to fund ongoing clinical trials of its drug candidate for Alzheimer's disease, and to develop its pipeline of drug candidates at its recently opened laboratory in Research Triangle Park. Including this most recent round, Voyager has raised in excess of $40 million from its loyal shareholder base.
