OrthoClear Files Lawsuit

OrthoClear filed a multiclaim lawsuit in San Francisco County Superior Court against defendants Align Technology, a Delaware corporation, Thomas Prescott, Roger George, Eldon Bullington, Patricia Wadors, Gil Laks, David Thrower, Kelsey Wirth, among others. Among its claims, the lawsuit alleges conspiracy, multiple accounts of breach of contract, libel, slander, unjust enrichment, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage and unfair competition.
