Sigma-Aldrich to Acquire Proligo Group to Strengthen Genomics Portfolio

Sigma-Aldrich Corporation announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Proligo Group (Proligo) from Degussa AG (Frankfurt: DGXG.DE). Terms of the proposed purchase were not disclosed.
