Investors to Buy Discovery Labs' Shares

Discovery Laboratories Inc. said Friday it has obtained commitments for buying about $26.5 million of its common stock in a registered direct offering. Under the terms of the transaction, Discovery of Warrington, Pa., will sell about 4.6 million shares of its common stock to a select group of institutional investors.
