Buffalo's Ethox Acquires STS duoTEK

STS duoTEK has been acquired by Buffalo-based Ethox for an undisclosed sum. A majority of STS duoTEK's 95 employees will be offered positions by the company's new owner, officials said. Members of the Henrietta, N.Y.-based firm's management team already have accepted positions at Ethox.
