Procyon, Medicorp Enter Into an Agreement for PSP94-Based Test Kits

Procyon Biopharma has announced that it has entered into a licensing and distribution agreement with Medicorp granting the latter the exclusive worldwide rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize PSP94-based test kits for research purposes as well as the rights to sub-license for clinical diagnostic applications.
