New Capsule Camera Technology Launched

MagnaChip Semiconductor announced it has introduced a CMOS image sensor for the capsule camera. This newly launched solution provides a low power capsule camera technology with superior image quality. Mass production of MagnaChip's image sensors is scheduled to begin by the second half of 2005. The capsule is an alternative to endoscopy, a procedure used to examine a person's digestive track.
