LCT to Acquire Cell Therapy Technology

Biotech Living Cell Technologies (LCT) has signed a letter of intent with California-based Theracyte and Baxter to acquire Theracyte's technology and intellectual property rights on cell therapy. Theracyte's technology and patents cover a family of small, thin, pillow-shaped devices that can be filled with cells and placed under the skin to deliver drugs and therapies to treat disease.
