EsophyX Names Thierry Thaure As Chief Executive Officer

EsophyX, a privately held medical device company developing a novel minimally invasive therapy for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, announced the appointment of Thierry Thaure to chief executive officer. In this position, Thaure will be responsible for leading the company through the clinical trials and the worldwide market launch of its products. John Adams, EsophyX's founder and previous CEO, will be assuming the responsibilities of chief operating officer.
