Chiron and SourceCF Reach Settlement Agreement

Chiron and the Respiratory Disease Network have reached a settlement regarding the lawsuit initiated by Chiron in October 2004, relating to product marketing practices for a cystic fibrosis treatment. The Respiratory Disease Network (RDN) is a group of three compounding pharmacies established by SourceCF in September 2004.
