India's GlaxoSmithKline to Mull Buyback on March 15

India's GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd.'s board will meet on March 15 to consider a proposal to buy back shares, the Bombay Stock Exchange said on Monday. The company's shares fell 0.26 percent to 740 rupees on Monday.
