Dishman Pharma Approves Acquisition of UK Firm

Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd has said that the board of directors of the company at its meeting has approved strategic acquisition of a UK-based contract research company through its 100 percent wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company namely Dishman Europe. The Managing Director J R Vyas has been empowered to negotiate and finalize the terms of the acquisition and execute the necessary documents in this regard.
