Cell Genesys Chief Financial Officer Steps Down

Cell Genesys Inc. said its CFO Matthew Pfeffer will step down as soon as a replacement is found. Cell Genesys also said it hired Robert Dow to serve in the newly created position of senior vice president of medical affairs.
