Sigma Global, a direct-to-consumer marketer of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, announced that it has completed a private placement with an institutional investor for $2 million in preferred stock. The investor also received warrants to purchase shares of common stock, allowing for a potential additional $6.9 million investment. The company has agreed to register for resale all of the shares of common stock underlying this private placement.
