Mokom Drugstore Plans to Reorganize With Shanghai Pharmaceutical

Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will inject 166 million yuan (US$20.1 million) in cash into the Mokom Group, a Chongqing-based private stock company, Mokom's senior executives confirmed recently. Mokom, which now is financial difficulty, is negotiating with the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. on the merger, acquisition and reorganization issue.
