NDCHealth Corp. up for Sale

In the midst of a federal inquiry into its accounting for software development costs and facing financial struggles, NDCHealth Corp. reported today it is up for sale. On Feb., 24, Atlanta-based NDCHealth hired The Blackstone Group LP to investigate strategic alternatives. NDCHealth has also recently sold some of its pharmaceutical divisions and holdings.
