Shire Pharmaceutical Won't Sue Teva Pharmaceuticals

Shire Pharmaceuticals Group said Monday that it has decided not to sue Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. On Feb. 23, 2005, the company said that it had received a Paragraph IV Notice letter from Teva advising of the filing of an abbreviated new drug application ( ANDA) for its amphetamine combination product, a generic version of Shire's mixed amphetamine salts product, ADDERALL XR.
