Ambion Signs Armored RNA Licensing Agreement With Cepheid

Ambion Diagnostics, a division of Ambion, announced that it has granted Cepheid nonexclusive worldwide rights to incorporate Armored RNA technology in its products and processes for in vitro molecular diagnostics. Under this agreement, Ambion Diagnostics will manufacture custom reagents for Cepheid in Ambion's cGMP (current good manufacturing practice) development and manufacturing facility.
